How long does it take?
Standard shipping is typically 7 to 12 days, depending on your location. Because every bag is made to order with your child's name, please allow 1 to 3 extra days for it to be knitted and ready to ship. Need it sooner? Expedited shipping is available at checkout.
How many letters fit?
We knit up to 8 letters on every bag, in both sizes.
Can the name be more than one color?
Yes. In the wool step, tap Mix of colors and pick one of the example bags. Each letter is knitted in its own wool in that order, exactly like the photo. Rainbow wools are coming soon.
Will the letters come off?
No. They are stitched onto the corduroy by hand, not glued or ironed on.
What if it arrives damaged or wrong?
