Questions
How long does it take?
Every backpack is knitted after you order, so it is not sitting in a warehouse. Production takes a few days and then shipping on top. You get tracking the moment it leaves us.
How many letters fit?
Up to 7 on the Small and up to 10 on the Medium. It is a physical limit, since each wool letter is roughly 3cm wide and has to sit across the front panel.
Can the name be more than one colour?
Yes. Choose one of the eight rainbow wools and the name knits up multicoloured from a single ball, like the bags in the photos.
Will the letters come off?
No. They are stitched onto the corduroy by hand, not glued or ironed on.
Can I return a personalized bag?
We accept returns within 30 days. Because each bag is knitted with your child's name on it, please double check the spelling before you order.
Does it work for boys?
Yes. Off White, Green, Brown, Black and Red with a deep wool colour are the popular picks, and charms are completely optional.
