Questions
How long can the name be?
Up to 10 characters. The name resizes automatically so short and long names both fill the space properly and never wrap onto a second line.
Will the print wear off?
No. It is fused into the bottle's coating rather than applied as a sticker or decal, so there are no edges to lift or peel. Hand washing keeps it looking new longest.
What if I spell the name wrong?
The name is printed exactly as you type it, and it is shown back to you above the Add to cart button so you can check before ordering. Because each bottle is made for one child, we cannot remake it for a typo.
When will it arrive?
Made and dispatched in 1–3 business days. Delivery is typically 5–7 business days after that. For a first day of school, order at least two weeks ahead.
Is it safe for kids?
Yes — food-grade 304 stainless steel on every surface that touches the drink, and BPA-free components throughout.
