Every necklace is personalized and made to order, so orders are processed within 24–72 hours. Standard delivery is 9 to 12 days. If you need it sooner, you can choose expedited shipping at checkout. Every order is tracked the whole way.
How long is the chain?
One size: a 45 cm (18″) chain with a 5 cm (2″) extender, so you can wear it anywhere from 18″ to 20″. At 45 cm it rests right on the collarbone.
What if the name is long?
The name can be up to 10 letters. Keep in mind that a longer name needs a little more room on the chain, so the finished necklace may hang slightly longer than the length listed.
Can I choose the flower colors?
Each necklace comes with a mix of enamel colors, red, yellow, blue, purple and green, spaced along the chain. The mix is part of its charm.
Can I wear it in the shower and at the gym?
Yes. Both finishes are built on stainless steel, so it’s made for everyday wear. We recommend avoiding harsh chemicals to keep it looking its best.
What if something breaks?
